It provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a psychotherapy approach that helps develop skills to change negative and anxious thinking. A user is matched with a dedicated therapist (not a bot) that will provide a customized care plan, digitally, at a much reduced cost to traditional in-person sessions that are also time-consuming.
