Every month, we host an "Ask a Therapist" webinar on a pressing mental health topic. In February, our focus was on intimate relationships. 

Sometimes in romantic relationships, we encounter conflict. And sometimes we don’t know what the underlying cause is. Our upbringing, past experiences in relationships, and any traumatic events can influence the way we show up in relationships.
