ICYMI - "Ask a Therapist" Webinar Event: Burnout

Featured Image

Every month, we host an "Ask a Therapist" webinar on a pressing mental health topic. In September, our focus was on burnout.

High levels of chronic stress can lead to burnout, and the World Health Organization has recently re-defined it as an occupational phenomenon. Identifying the condition is the first step to getting help. In this webinar, MindBeacon's expert explained what exactly burnout is and how it develops, how to prevent and manage the condition and understand how to have challenging conversations at work about mental health.

You can ask our experts about whatever's on your mind around our monthly topic. In October 2022, our theme will focus on obsessive compulsive concerns. If you have any questions you'd like answered by our therapists, e-mail community@mindbeacon.com.
