In December, for our final Ask a Therapist webinar of the year, we will be covering family challenges. 

We get it – for some people, the holidays are a joyful time but for many, there’s a new layer of stress added to our lives around this time. Sometimes family issues are brought to the forefront but there are ways to manage this. To close the year off, we’ll explore how to have difficult conversations with your loved ones to help alleviate the unnecessary stress and tips that can serve well any time you feel tension within your family circle.
