Some of us have dealt with trauma and grief, almost all of us have felt some level of isolation.The majority of us have experiencedhigher levels of stress and anxiety than ever before, and many have found themselveslonely, sad, stressed and anxious. Over the next few months, we’ll start to feel new emotions as vaccines roll out and things start to improve. But to recover from thepandemic’s impacts on our mental health will take time.
Just like any physical injury, it will take time for our minds to heal from the impact that the pandemic has had on our mental health. We’re not out of the woods yet but we see signs that recovery is around the corner. That’s why we’ve created a 8-step Pandemic Mental Health Recovery Plan.
